w:lvlJc (Level Justification)
Specifies the horizontal alignment of the numbering symbol within its indent space.

Description
w:lvlJc specifies the justification of the list label (number or bullet) within its indent zone. It is defined in ECMA-376 Part 1 §17.9.7.
This controls alignment of the label text, not the paragraph body. Most lists use left; right is used for right-aligned numbered labels in some legal outline styles.
