<a:pPr>
<a:buClrScheme val="accent1"/>
</a:pPr>
using DocumentFormat.OpenXml.Drawing;
var pPr = new ParagraphProperties();
var buClrScheme = new BulletColorScheme { Val = SchemeColorValues.Accent1 };
pPr.Append(buClrScheme);
Dark Text Color for Bullets
<a:pPr>
<a:buClrScheme val="dk1"/>
</a:pPr>
var pPr = new ParagraphProperties();
var buClrScheme = new BulletColorScheme { Val = SchemeColorValues.Dark1 };

Notes
- Simpler than buClr when scheme colors are preferred
- Updates automatically when document theme changes
- Standard scheme colors ensure consistency
- Cannot apply modifications (tint, shade) directly
- For color-modified bullets, use a:buClr with scheme color child instead
