Description
a:buClr is the DrawingML bullet color element that defines the color for bullet points or numbering in a paragraph. It is defined in ECMA-376 Part 1 §20.1.2.1.3.
Bullet colors:
- Apply to bullet characters and numbers
- Override text color for bullets
- Enable visual distinction between bullets and text
- Support all color models (RGB, scheme, system, preset)

Notes
