Includes:

• Recently added 62 DrawingML placeholder files (a-sp, a-pic, a-txSp, etc.)

Note on Element Naming:

• Some DrawingML files use original camelCase names (e.g., a-alphaModClr.md → a:alphamodclr)
• This is acceptable but inconsistent with ECMA-376 camelCase convention (should be a:alphaModClr)
• Recommendation: Consider normalizing to proper camelCase in filenames if refactoring

3. WordML Schema Tree (_data/wordml/schema_tree.yml)

Status: ✅ CORRECT BUT INCOMPLETE

File Size: 275 lines

Coverage:

• Elements Referenced in Tree: ~85-90 elements

• Coverage Percentage: ~39-41%

Scope: The schema tree is designed as a hierarchical navigation tree for the documentation sidebar, not a complete element reference. It focuses on the most important structural relationships:

Assessment: ✅ The schema tree is intentionally simplified for UI navigation. It’s not meant to be exhaustive; it shows the primary content hierarchy used by the sidebar. The elements_index.yml serves as the comprehensive reference.

Recommendation: No changes needed. The schema_tree.yml is appropriately scoped for its purpose.

4. DrawingML Schema Tree (_data/drawingml/schema_tree.yml)

Status: ⚠️ NEEDS EXPANSION

File Size: 12 lines

Current Coverage:

• Elements in Tree: 6 elements (a:theme hierarchy only)
• Total DrawingML Elements: 154
• Coverage Percentage: ~4%

   • Text body (a:txbody, a:p, a:r)
   • Fill types (a:solidFill, a:gradFill, a:blipFill)
   • Line properties (a:ln)
   • Effects and shadows
   • Geometry and paths
   • Color schemes and properties

Recommendation: SHOULD BE EXPANDED to include at least the primary shape and content hierarchies, similar in scope to WordML schema_tree.yml.

Priority 1: DrawingML Schema Tree Expansion

Expand _data/drawingml/schema_tree.yml to provide better hierarchical navigation for the primary DrawingML element categories. This will improve UX for browsing DrawingML documentation.

Priority 2: File Naming Normalization (Optional)

Consider standardizing DrawingML filenames to use proper camelCase (e.g., a-alphaModClr.md instead of current mixed case) to align with ECMA-376 conventions. This would improve consistency across the project.

Priority 3: Continue Quality Improvements

The placeholder files created in this session (62 DrawingML + 10 WordML) can now be systematically improved using the established quality pattern, with both index files providing complete reference coverage.
